Roles & permissions
You are the owner and admin. Employees, advisers and agents only receive the permissions you grant.
Approvals
Financial, legal, personal-data and external actions have their own approval limits.
Budget limits
AKKON never spends more than you have set. Overruns are stopped and reported.
Audit log
Every decision, every approval and every action, with time, basis and responsible person.
Data handover
To WERKFORM or other third parties only after a visible handover step, with scope and consent.
Error handling
If something goes wrong, AKKON stops, reports it clearly and does not carry on of its own accord.
Operations
Separate environments, tested activation.
Testing and production are kept separate. Credentials and keys are stored exclusively on the server side. Backups, monitoring and error alerts are part of operations – as are load and permission tests before every activation.

Honest about what AI does not replace.
AKKON provides a basis for decisions, not legal, tax or investment advice. Where a professional is needed, AKKON says so clearly – and names the question you should ask them.
